Blue Moon Marine

We are Blue Moon Marine, originally an aquaculture business working out of Homer, Alaska. We have developed and are now selling AlgalAid, a topical cream for the treatment of cold sores and fever blisters.  AlgalAid contains algal extracts from a unique family of seaweeds harvested from remote North Pacific waters, and other natural ingredients.

Our goal is to develop standardized marine botanical extracts, and to offer safe, effective, natural skin care products derived from the marine environment.

Our manufacturing facility is FDA certified, and AlgalAid complies with FDA monographs for an OTC Cold Sore/Fever Blister Treatment.  All of our ingredients are tested to ensure that they are free of herbicides, pesticides, heavy metals and microbial contamination.  Our ingredients contain no petrochemicals, and are not tested on animals.
